ECO Measures for Tenants

ECO measures will make your home more efficient, saving you money and reduce the environmental impact of your homes energy requirements.

Tenants meeting qualifying criteria will be eligible for ECO measure funding, however, you do need the permission of your landlord to complete the works.

ECO Measures include:

  • Cavity Wall Insulation
  • Solid Wall Insulation
  • Internal Wall Insulation
  • Loft Insulation
  • Renewable Heating
  • Solar, for properties with high retention storage heaters and air source heat pumps
  • Boiler upgrade from non-condensing to condensing
  • First-time Central Heating (gas meter must be present before April 2022)
