All households with an energy performance certificate of an E or below, and household income below £31,000
People within an LSOA’S area
NHS referrals

2 .Income related employment and support allowance (ESA)
3. Income support (IS)
4. Pension credit guaranteed credit (PCGC)
5. Working tax credits (WTC)
6. Child tax credits (CTC)
7. Universal credit (UC)
8. Housing benefit
9. Pension credit savings Credit (PCSC)
10. Child benefit

Renewable heating systems available on through ECO

  • Solar PV
  • Heat from air (Air-Source Heat Pump)
  • Combined heat and power systems (but only if the system energy source
    is renewable.)
  • Solar PV will not be placed on private rented homes if storage heaters are present.
  • Solar PV is an eligible measure where the heating system in the property has a SAP responsiveness or rating to equal to 0.8 this can be installed
    under the same project.

  • Solid wall insulation
  • Loft
  • Renewable heating changes
  • Cavity wall insulation if a renewable heating change is happening
  • First-time central heating (if gas meter is present before April 2022)

  • Solar on properties with high retention storage heaters and air sourced heat pump
