Criteria

The first step involves filling out some details for us to check if you are eligible for ECO funding.

  • All households with an energy performance certificate of an E or below, and household income below £31,000
  • People within an LSOA’S area
  • NHS referrals

Renewable heating systems available on through ECO

  • Solar PV
  • Combined heat and power systems (but only if the system energy source is renewable.)
  • Solar PV will not be placed on private rented homes if storage heaters are present.
  • Solar PV is an eligible measure where the heating system in the property has a SAP responsiveness or rating to equal to 0.8 this can be installed
    under the same project.
